The exact programming language for PVP is unclear, although PVP does allow Multi-node Networking, Tilling and Grid Mapping, Advanced Pixel Mapping, and Real-time Image Manipulation. PVP runs exclusively off of a Mac platform, however it has additional system requirements beyond the basic Mac settings, which include: MacOS X 10.4 or later, G5 PowerPC or Intel processor, 512mb RAM (1 GB recommended), Macintosh with Dual display screen spanning capability, Core Image-capable graphics card (Video card with a programmable GPU) and is videos are run through Flash. The Network Node (NN) allows for the same resolution capabilities as the HD but is formatted for only Single screen use, this version retails at $499. ![]() The High Definition (HD) version allows for any resolution, limited only by hardware along with Dual Screen for a price of $999. Per the Renewedvision website, PVP Standard Definition (SD) which is Dual Screen and up to 800 x 600 resolution for output the cost is $699. ![]() PVP will cost you (privately) a decent amount to purchase but the software capabilities seem to outweigh the somewhat hefty price tag. ![]() PVP has been sold to major digital sign companies and used in department stores for such clients as Macy’s, Mercedes, Gulfstream, among others.
